No Refund & No Return Policy
All services provided at Nail Boss are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any nail services. If you are dissatisfied, please refer to our 7-Day Warrantry Policy below.
7-Day Warranty Policy
We stand behind our work and offer a 7-day warranty on gel polish, acrylics, and dip powder services. If you experience chipping, lifting, or defects due to application errors, we gladly provide a complimentary repair.
- Warranty repairs must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
- Clients must present a receipt as proof of service to qualify for a repair.
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by personal activities, improper aftercare, or intentional damage.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- A $20 deposit is required to book and secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.
- We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required for future appointments.
Animal Policy
To protect the safety and comfort of our staff and clients, no animals are allowed in the salon, except for verified service animals. Clients must provide proper documentation when bringing a service or therapy animal.
Liability Policy
- Clients must inform our technicians of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving services.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper aftercare, or personal negligence.
- Nail Boss is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Right to Refuse Service
Nail Boss reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including:
- Signs of infection, open wounds, or contagious conditions.
- Rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients.
- A history of no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations.
- Failure to comply with salon policies.
